carry on baby™ - instinctive parenting

by attending a session, you will:
- see and try out 8 different baby carrying techniques
- learn about the physiological and psychological advantages of baby carrying
- hear why babies are meant to be carried
- discover some amazing facts from the fields of biology, anthropology and ethnopaediatrics
- feel confident about your decision to carry your baby

as much individual attention as possible is given and there is room for questions and conversation. children and babies are welcome (and encouraged).

classes are currently held about twice a month on saturday mornings from 10 am to 1 pm in central brighton. other venues throughout the uk are also planned.

class dates: classes scheduled by request/demand.

cost: £20 for individuals, £35 for couples, £15 each additional adult family member. these workshops are for small groups (5-8 participants).
