'green' disposables?

there are some so-called 'green' disposable nappies on the market that claim to give the same performance as the typical disposable nappy.

these are looking to appeal to parents who still want the convenience of a disposable nappy but with a lessened environmental impact, i.e. these disposable nappies use cellulose pulp which is from a recycled source, however their disposal route is the same as any other disposable nappy - the landfill.
